Are you an outgoing and interested developing your skills as a
Leasing Agent?
Our client is looking for a part-time (15-25 hours per week - can vary) Leasing Agent to show properties in the Portland metro area for an established property management company. If you are organized with strong follow-through, please apply. The main areas of leasing will be in Clackamas, Multnomah, and Washington County, in addition to working in other areas of the Portland/Metro area. Benefits include mileage reimbursement and commission pay. Qualifications
Experience sowing or leasing residential units is a plus Must be available to work some evenings and one weekend day per week Highly proficient in written and verbal communication Proficient computer knowledge of Word, Excel, general internet and e-mail applications (knowledge of AppFolio program is a plus) Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented Ability to handle sensitive information professionally and accurately Maintain excellent communication skills with tenants, clients, and vendors Ability to pass a criminal background check Duties include
Market and advertise units, and schedule and conduct unit viewings Check and respond to guest cards and phone calls throughout the day Be available for property and apartment showings Schedule
Day shift Night shift - 2 nights per week is required Weekend availability - one weekend day is required Supplemental pay types
Commission pay: a bonus on every lease License/Certification
Driver's License & Personal Vehicle (Required) Background check
