As we expand our Contract Grade assortment and formally scale our Hospitality channel, we are building a dedicated team to drive growth within hotels, multi-family, short-term rental, and commercial design projects. We are seeking a highly driven
Hospitality Account Executive
with a primary focus on new business development. This role will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing new hospitality opportunities, while helping shape the foundation of Lulu and Georgia’s growing contract and hospitality strategy.
The ideal candidate thrives in an entrepreneurial environment, understands long-cycle project selling, and knows how to build relationships with designers, procurement firms, ownership groups, and developers. This is a strategic growth role with a significant runway.
Responsibilities: New Business Development (Primary Focus) Prospect and develop new hospitality opportunities across:
Multi-family developments
Commercial and mixed-use projects
Build relationships with:
Hospitality designers
Procurement firms
Ownership groups
Developers
Project managers
Generate outbound pipeline through:
Industry networking
ReferralsTrade events (including HD Expo and BDNY)
Strategic account targeting
Own the full sales cycle from discovery through close
Develop and manage a robust pipeline aligned to quarterly revenue goals
Forecast accurately and provide consistent visibility into deal stages
Structure large, multi-SKU, phased project proposals
Partner with internal teams to ensure pricing, margin, and scope alignment
Strategic Partnership & Account Growth Identify high-potential accounts for long-term partnership
Manage and grow existing hospitality accounts
Collaborate with Hospitality Project Management on execution
Support transition of accounts as needed as the channel scales
Contribute to defining scalable processes for hospitality growth
Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with:

Ensure alignment on:
Lead times

Requirements: 5+ years of sales experience in hospitality, contract furniture, FF&E, or commercial furnishings
Proven track record of generating and closing new business
Experience managing complex, multi-SKU, long-lead-time projects
Ability to navigate multiple stakeholders within large projects
Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, scaling environment
Existing relationships within hospitality design or procurement networks
Experience with contract-grade or commercial product lines
Familiarity with Shopify, NetSuite, HubSpot, or CRM platforms
Experience exhibiting or selling at HD Expo or similar industry events
