Overview Note: This position is Hybrid to Pearl River, New York.

We are seeking a hands-on Senior Salesforce Administrator to lead functional delivery across our Salesforce Sales Cloud environment and related sales enablement tools. This is a player–coach role for a strong declarative expert who thrives in evolving environments and brings structure, clarity, and discipline to complex systems.

As part of the CRM Solutions team, you’ll partner with the SVP, Global CRM & Business Solutions to help prioritize initiatives, refine backlog, and elevate delivery standards - while remaining deeply engaged in advanced configuration and automation work. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong analytical thinking, expertise in process design, and the ability to solve complex problems with scalable solutions aligned to business workflows and strategic objectives.

You will be comfortable diving into existing configurations, identifying improvement opportunities, and strengthening scalability, usability, and data integrity. In addition to owning advanced hands‑on build work, you will oversee the quality and consistency of functional changes, guide other CRM Solutions team members, and ensure Salesforce delivery operates with clarity and accountability.

Success in this role means reducing unnecessary complexity, improving automation reliability, raising functional standards, and ensuring Salesforce consistently delivers intuitive, reliable, and measurable value to the business.

Responsibilities Advanced Salesforce Configuration & Optimization

Design, build, test, and deploy advanced declarative Salesforce solutions (including integrations)

Translate business requirements and intake requests into scalable, maintainable solutions

Refactor and improve existing configurations to enhance scalability, maintainability, and performance

Develop structured, well‑documented automation that reduces unnecessary complexity

Evaluate downstream impacts to reporting, integrations, and user workflows

Develop and enhance Salesforce reporting that translate CRM data into actionable insights

Functional Delivery Oversight

Serve as the senior declarative resource for Salesforce configuration and best practices

Provide guidance and review oversight for CRM Solutions team members

Lead execution across approved enhancements and support‑driven work Define and reinforce configuration standards and documentation practices

Conduct quality review of functional changes across the team prior to deployment

Promote accountability and clarity in work allocation to ensure consistent performance

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This role is expected to provide functional oversight to ensure quality, consistency, and timely delivery of CRM support and enhancement work. It may include direct supervisory responsibilities within a small, evolving CRM Solutions team; scope may adjust based on organizational needs.

Qualifications

5+ years of progressive Salesforce Sales Cloud administration experience in complex, evolving environments

Salesforce Administrator certification required; advanced certifications (Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder) strongly preferred

Proven experience working with multiple business units and teams, including Sales, Client, and Operations

Deep expertise in Flow (including complex logic and automation troubleshooting), validation rules, approval processes, and Salesforce data management

Experience providing functional leadership to administrators or support resources in direct-report or matrixed environments, including quality review, workload coordination, and development guidance

Strong attention to detail with a disciplined, organized approach to configuration, documentation, and releases

Capable of delivering independently with sound judgment, while aligning closely with leadership direction and cross‑functional priorities

Familiarity with sales enablement tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator) and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira) a plus

While most users are in the U.S. Eastern time zone, this role requires flexibility in working hours to effectively support a global user base

Travel:

This position does not require regularly scheduled travel.

The salary range for this role is $110,000 - $125,000. The successful candidate’s salary will depend on the actual ranges of current employees in the subject position, market considerations, budgetary considerations, geography, as well as the candidate’s skill set, level of experience, and qualifications.
