Role Description
Customer Service Representatives are the heart of our business. You must have impeccable people skills as this position requires a lot of face-to-face and phone interaction with our clients. Printing experience preferred, but not necessary. As a Customer Service Representative, you must be highly organized, efficient and pay great attention to details as you will be responsible for the accurate production of client projects in a fast-paced environment. Customer Service Representatives must be versatile as daily activities will include (but are not limited to) the following activities: quality production using high-speed production printers, in-store bindery work, front counter sales, phoning clients, deliveries. You must also be skilled in basic printer maintenance and be able to maintain an adequate inventory of supplies. Includes a complete in house training program that offers opportunities for advancement. Qualifications
Proficiency in customer service and client communication skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Experience in project coordination and teamwork Detail-oriented with excellent multitasking capabilities Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Previous experience in printing, signage, or related industries is a plus Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus
