None Job Responsibilities

Provide information about products, services, licenses, registrations, titles, permits, or program eligibility to customers in-person or by phone. Take or enter orders, cancel accounts, or process complaints. Ensure resolution of customer issues and record interactions in system. Resolve service or billing complaints: refunds, merchandise exchanges, billing adjustments. Complete forms, update records, issue service discontinuance orders, and maintain accurate records. Refer unresolved issues to appropriate departments. Determine charges, collect payments, reconcile cash, and transmit deposits. Perform journey-level customer service using discretion to handle difficult complaints. Required Skills

Ability to solve difficult customer service complaints/problems. Preferred Skills

Bilingual skills (language not specified in JD; likely Spanish preferred given the AZ location).
