Assist tenants with any needs or concerns.
Coordinate with Maintenance team repairs as well as keeping the property in top condition.
Leasing expert in marketing vacant units, conduct tours, and help residents find a home.
Budget manager overseeing finances and managing income and expenses.
Ensure adherence to all regulations.
Skills needed:
Prior property management experience is required.
Skills: Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills are essential.
Property Management Software familiarity with systems like Yardi, or similar is a plus.
A positive attitude is key.
