Demonstrate and explain vehicle features, options, and benefits. Negotiate sales prices and terms to close deals effectively. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current inventory and promotions. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. Work collaboratively with the sales team and other departments to ensure a smooth sales process. Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Requirements
Proven experience in automotive sales or a related retail sales environment is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Basic computer skills and familiarity with sales software.
