Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations and maintenance of multiple residential properties.
Develop, manage, and monitor budgets for each property, ensuring financial objectives are achieved.
Supervise on-site staff to maximize service delivery and operational efficiency.
Address tenant concerns promptly and foster positive tenant relationships.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal housing regulations.
Implement property improvement strategies to boost occupancy and satisfaction.
Lead conflict resolution efforts, maintaining a high standard of customer service.
Prepare and review financial reports, tracking performance against goals.
Must-Have Skills
2+ years of property management related experience either in a property manager or property administrative role
Strong tenant relations, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
Effective team management and leadership abilities.
Organizational and administrative strength in fast-paced environments.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
Professional certifications such as Certified Property Manager (CPM) or Accredited Residential Manager (ARM).
Demonstrated success in property improvement initiatives.
Experience working within multifamily residential assets.
