Our Honor Alert team specializes in providing our life‑saving devices to veterans and this team has had explosive growth. This position is part time, up to 30 hours per week.
As one of the fastest growing companies in the US and a leading mobile mPERS manufacturer, Freeus is looking to add an Order Processor. In this role you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to the VAs and our end users. You will work efficiently to process orders from the VAs in a timely manner. You will receive cross training in shipping and RMA testing and help shipping team when necessary.
What you’ll do:
Work as a member of the team to achieve our standard of quality of work and goals
Maintain attention to detail while working through job duties
Use critical thinking as new situations and problems arise
Maintain professionalism, security, and integrity to ourselves, co-workers, and customers
Responsibilities / Duties / Tasks:
Process orders from the VAs in a timely manner while maintaining accuracy
Communicate with VAs about orders
Create sales orders in Netsuite
Activate device through Orion
Ensure all orders are processed for the day
Create and send invoices after orders have been processed
Send invoices within 24 hrs
Assist end users in setting up their accounts, activating, and testing their devices
Process returns, replacements, and accessories that are needed by end users
Cross train in shipping and RMA testing
When needed help ship out devices
Account for inventory
Test returned devices for defects
Adapt to new processes and technology
Assist with projects as required
Work with other departments to maintain efficiency and find resolutions to larger technical issues
