Commercial Real Estate Paralegal
If you’re a real estate paralegal with 6+ years of law firm experience and are seeking the sophistication of BigLaw in a smaller environment, this could be the right move. Latitude is partnering with a boutique law firm in Nashville that offers complex, high‑value work for prestigious clients in a collaborative, agile, and personable environment. In this role, you will play a key role in sophisticated commercial real estate transactions, supporting top attorneys in deals for leading real estate developers, investors, and major landlords/tenants.
Responsibilities
Support complex commercial real estate finance and lending transactions.
Assist attorneys in high‑value transactions for developers, investors, and landlords/tenants.
Document preparation, review, and coordination for finance and development deals.
Qualifications
6+ years of commercial real estate finance experience.
Recent experience supporting the commercial real estate finance group of a large corporate law firm or a commercial real estate boutique firm is strongly preferred.
Attention to detail and strong problem‑solving skills.
Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate from an ABA‑approved program (preferred).
Outstanding references required.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $85,000 to $100,000 per year (based on experience, qualifications, and credentials).
