Full-Time Bilingual Customer Relations Representative (English/Russian) Full-Time Job International Business, International Business

Pay: $17–$19 per hour

Appliance EMT is seeking a bilingual Customer Relations Specialist to serve as the primary contact for appliance-related customer concerns. This role is essential in protecting our reputation, strengthening client relationships, and delivering exceptional service.

What You’ll Do:

Handle customer inquiries and concerns via phone and email

Resolve issues by coordinating with internal teams

De‑escalate situations with professionalism and confidence

Communicate clearly with both English- and Russian-speaking clients

Document interactions and follow up to ensure satisfaction

Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in customer service or complaint resolution

Fluency in English and Russian (written and verbal)

Strong problem‑solving and conflict resolution skills

Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment

Comfortable using CRM systems (or willing to learn)

Professional, calm, and detail‑oriented

Preferred

Appliance or technical service experience

Experience in high‑volume environments
