Direct Hire Opportunity – Immigration Paralegal (Downtown Buffalo) A well-established law firm in downtown Buffalo is seeking to add an experienced Immigration Paralegal to their growing team. Responsibilities
This position will play a key role in managing employment-based immigration matters from start to finish, including gathering client information, preparing filings, performing research, and submitting petitions to the appropriate government agencies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of USCIS policies and procedures, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications
3–5 years of immigration law experience preferred Strong experience preparing and managing employment-based visa matters including: TN, H-1B, L-1A/L-1B, J-1, O-1, EB-1, and related filings Bachelor’s degree preferred Ability to quickly learn new case management systems (LawLogix, INSZoom, etc.) Strong communication skills and ability to work with a diverse client base Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines Equality and Notice
