Our client, a leading real estate law practice, is seeking an experienced
Senior
Real Estate Paralegal
with
10+ years
in a law firm and strong experience supporting
large development and subdivision projects . Candidates must have working knowledge of the
California Subdivided Land Law
and prior interaction with the
California Department of Real Estate (DRE) .
Senior Real Estate Paralegal - San Francisco Key Duties
Prepare and manage DRE filings; coordinate workflows across developers, consultants, legal teams, title, and escrow.
Support complex real estate closings, including drafting basic agreements, correspondence, summaries, and transaction documents.
Handle entity formations (LLCs, S-corps, C-corps, nonprofits) and related amendments, mergers, conversions, and cancellations.
Conduct and organize due diligence, including UCC searches and transfer requirements.
Provide general departmental support as needed.
Compensation & Schedule
Salary:
$120K-$140K DOE
Schedule:
First 90 days onsite; then hybrid (3 days/week) in
San Francisco
