Must have 5-10 years of experience with recent industrial warehouse projects The Superintendent must have previous experience with ground up and tenant fit outs The Superintendent must be willing to travel 100% to the Midwest and/or East - home once a month Strong leadership and management skills The Superintendent must have direct experience with projects ranging from $10-40 million Salary Range
