What You’ll Do
Manage all leasing activity: new leases, renewals, and resident onboarding
Maintain strong resident satisfaction and ensure prompt response by maintenance team to service requests
Oversee daily property operations, inspections, and apartment turnover
Manage rent collection and follow up on delinquencies
Support staff supervision, training, and performance management
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in both leasing and property management
Experience with smaller, multi-site residential communities strongly preferred
Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Yardi experience preferred
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
This role is ideal for a
leasing-focused professional stepping into property management duties
or a
property manager with significant leasing experience
looking to manage a smaller portfolio while driving resident satisfaction and operational excellence.

Full-time; 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
