They specialize in creating data-driven strategies tailored to each partner’s unique needs, delivering services such as paid advertising, search engine optimization (SEO), web design and development, marketing automation, and lead generation.
About the Role We are looking for a RevOps Specialist with hands-on experience managing and optimizing HubSpot/Pipedrive environments. In this role, you will lead CRM implementations, improve workflows, build actionable reporting, and support client teams to ensure systems operate efficiently and support revenue goals. Additional responsibilities include training users, troubleshooting issues, and translating business needs into scalable CRM solutions.
Implement and optimize HubSpot and Pipedrive for small sales teams
Design simple, effective CRM processes aligned with client sales workflows
Build meaningful dashboards (pipeline, conversions, lead sources, velocity)
Lead client calls and training sessions
Clean and maintain CRM data and workflows
Troubleshoot integrations and automations
Use AI tools to improve efficiency and outcomes
Build automation workflows using CRM and integration tools
Qualifications
4+ years of hands‑on experience implementing and supporting
HubSpot and/or Pipedrive Show us examples of your best work (dashboards you've built, automations you've created, messy CRMs you've fixed)
Strong
verbal and written English .
Solid
sales, business, and marketing background , with a clear understanding of effective sales processes
AI experience required , including prompt engineering, AI tool selection, and real‑world implementation
Comfort working in a
client‑facing role , leading calls, and presenting on camera
Ability to translate
technical concepts into clear, non-technical explanations
Compensation & Benefits
Full‑Time Position: M–F Business Hours EST
$3,000 USD per month (open to negotiation based on experience)
PTO: Holiday break late Dec–early Jan
Bonuses tied to company + department goals
Contract: Independent Contractor
