The Position Seeking an experienced Property Manager to manage one of our beautiful communities. Candidate must have at least two years Property Manager experience with market-rate properties, be very tech savvy, organized and detail oriented.
Responsibilities
Maintaining high occupancy
Resident relations
Rent collections
Lease Management
Supervising a team of maintenance and office personnel
Upkeep and maintenance of the property
Safety and security of the property and residents
Develop and maintain relationships with local officials, police and fire
Train and monitor employee behavior and progress
