What You'll Do:

Drive occupancy by building strong relationships with prospective residents

Guide prospects through the sales process, including tours, follow-ups, applications, and move-ins

Work collaboratively in a team-selling environment

Maintain accurate records in the CRM system

Participate in outreach events and meet sales goals set by leadership

What You'll Need:

Two years of sales or case management experience (required), preference for service industries

Must be at least 21 years of age or older (required)

Bachelor’s degree (preferred)

Comprehensive knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM database software

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
