About the Role PetVet Care Centers' Carolina Veterinary Specialists is seeking
Client Service Representatives (CSR)
to join our
Emergency Team
in Matthews, NC!
As the first point of contact for our clients, our CSRs play a vital role in creating a compassionate and professional experience for both pet owners and their beloved animals. You’ll work closely with our medical staff to ensure seamless communication, comfort, and support—especially during stressful or emergency situations.
This position involves a variety of
administrative and client-facing responsibilities , helping keep our hospital running smoothly while maintaining the highest level of service and care.
Note:
Emergency CSR shifts primarily include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

The ability to
sit, stand, bend, and kneel
as needed, and lift up to 25 lbs unassisted
At least 1 year
of experience in customer service, reception, or administrative work
