We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Agents to join our team. This role focuses on driving revenue through effective sales leadership while maintaining a strong customer service culture. You will oversee sales operations, support client relationships, and help develop team members with an emphasis on performance and professional growth. We do promotional events around the city
This position also offers ongoing development and advancement opportunities for individuals interested in expanding into senior leadership or higher-level management roles.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate daily sales team activities
Coach, mentor, and support sales representatives and customer-facing staff
Establish sales territories, quotas, and performance goals
Monitor sales results, customer feedback, and service metrics to identify areas for improvement
Analyze sales data and trends to support forecasting and strategic planning
Track and report on team and individual performance
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and process improvements
Handle escalated customer service issues and ensure timely resolution
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Ensure accurate use of CRM systems and sales tracking tools
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field preferred but not required
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Familiarity with CRM platforms and performance tracking
Ability to build rapport with clients and lead a team effectively
