Customer Service Representative
will play a critical role in driving outbound engagement and generating qualified merchant services opportunities. The client is seeking consistent producers who are motivated, coachable, and excited to contribute to a growing team.

Responsibilities
Conduct high‑volume outbound calls to engage prospective clients
Generate and qualify merchant services opportunities
Meet or exceed daily and weekly call and activity quotas
Work and follow up on leads provided by the company
Accurately track calls, outcomes, and performance metrics
Collaborate with team members and leadership to improve outbound effectiveness
Qualifications
Proven experience with outbound dialing in a telemarketing or call center environment
Comfort working in a quota‑driven, performance‑focused role
Confident, professional, and energetic phone presence
Production‑motivated with resilience and coachability
Strong reliability and ability to work onsite during initial training period
Compensation and Benefits This position offers $15‑$17/hour, with monthly bonuses tied to KPI performance. The role is structured as temp‑to‑hire, with eligibility for remote work after an initial onsite ramp‑up period based on performance. Additional benefits may be available upon conversion, in accordance with client policy.
