Job Description The Public Relations Assistant will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of communication initiatives that enhance brand visibility and reputation. The position involves research, coordination, administrative support, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure consistent and professional messaging across all channels.

Responsibilities

Assist in drafting and editing press materials, media communications, and internal documents

Conduct research on industry trends, media outlets, and target audiences

Coordinate events, meetings, and public-facing initiatives

Maintain organized records of communications, contacts, and campaign performance

Support the planning and implementation of PR campaigns

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency

Monitor media coverage and prepare summary reports

Qualifications

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Exceptional organizational and time management abilities

High attention to detail and professionalism

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Analytical mindset with research capabilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard business communication tools

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field preferred
