We are seeking a Customer Account Representative to serve as a key liaison between our clients and internal teams. This role focuses on maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring service excellence, and supporting account growth initiatives. Manage and maintain client accounts with a high level of professionalism Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of services Monitor account performance and provide regular updates to clients Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and expand services Resolve client inquiries efficiently and proactively Maintain accurate account documentation and reporting Qualifications
