Job Overview RoofLynx LLC is seeking an experienced and results‑driven Sales Manager to lead our rapidly expanding commercial roofing sales team across Indiana. This leadership role is responsible for driving revenue growth, improving bid win rates, increasing margin performance, and building a disciplined, predictable sales pipeline across service, re‑roof, and new construction segments.

Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop outside commercial roofing sales representatives

Set and achieve revenue, gross margin, and bid performance goals

Develop strategic sales plans aligned with company growth objectives

Oversee public bid strategy, plan/spec review, and competitive positioning

Standardize sales processes and enforce CRM utilization and forecasting discipline

Build and maintain executive‑level customer relationships

Collaborate closely with estimating and operations to protect margins and ensure project success

Monitor pipeline activity and ensure accurate reporting and forecasting

Improve bid hit rates and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Support recruiting and onboarding of additional sales talent as the company scales

Qualifications 5+ years of commercial roofing sales experience

2+ years of sales leadership or team management experience

Strong knowledge of roofing systems, specifications, and public bidding processes

Proven track record of exceeding revenue and margin targets

Experience leading teams to measurable performance improvements

CRM proficiency and disciplined forecasting practices

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills

High level of business acumen and profit‑awareness

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout Indiana as needed

Base salary starting at $100,000+ per year

Commission override on team revenue performance

Annual performance bonuses

Total target compensation of $140,000 – $200,000+ per year
