If you live within 50 miles of a GM hub location (San Francisco Bay Area, CA or Warren, MI), you are expected to report to the office three times per week, or other frequency dictated by the business. 5+ years of product design experience on mobile, with clear examples of shipping real products at scale and full ownership and accountability for positive outcomes. Exceptional design craft and execution, demonstrated through consistently high-quality interaction and visual work, with deep fluency in Figma. Clear evidence of original, critical thinking in interaction and product design, shown through owned decisions that meaningfully shaped outcomes. A collaborative, low-ego mindset paired with strong conviction, open to feedback and iteration, while able to take a stand and own decisions when alignment is needed. Adesigner with strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design rationale, tradeoffs, and a point of view to cross-functional partners and senior leadership. The expected base compensation for this role is: ($106,600-163,400). Actual base compensation within the identified range will vary based on factors relevant to the position. Bonus Potential:
