We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to help plan, build, and optimize national direct marketing campaigns. You’ll work across creative, content, analytics, and audience teams to bring campaigns to life and ensure they perform. This role blends strategy, project management, and hands?on execution — perfect for someone who enjoys owning the details while also shaping the bigger picture. What You’ll Do
Manage integrated direct marketing campaigns across mail, digital, and other channels Develop strategies that support revenue goals and strengthen donor engagement Review campaign performance, analyze results, and recommend optimizations Partner closely with creative, content, segmentation, and analytics teams Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and approvals across multiple stakeholders Review and approve campaign materials to ensure accuracy and brand consistency Monitor budgets, track expenses, and support cost?efficient decision?making Support new initiatives and help implement updated marketing strategies What You Bring
3–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or campaign management Strong understanding of direct marketing or integrated marketing principles Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex ideas clearly High proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel Experience working cross?functionally and managing multiple moving parts Strong attention to detail and comfort reviewing high?volume campaign materials Ability to stay organized, prioritize, and problem?solve in a fast?paced environment Why This Role Matters
