About The Role Prime Residential’s Executive Assistant / Executive Business Partner (EA/EBP) serves as a highly trusted partner to senior leadership, playing a pivotal role in enabling executive effectiveness and operational momentum. This position blends elevated executive support with strategic coordination and project partnership, helping leaders remain focused on the priorities that drive performance and long‑term growth.

What You’ll Do Executive Support (President + Senior Leadership Team)
Manage complex, high‑volume calendars and meeting coordination with urgency and accuracy.
Coordinate detailed travel logistics, including itineraries, transportation, and accommodations.
Draft, revise, and proofread executive communications, presentations, and reports.
Screen communications and serve as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
Prepare materials and ensure leaders are set up for successful meetings and engagements.
Strategic Coordination & Executive Partnership
Track executive priorities, initiatives, and follow‑ups to maintain momentum.
Support planning and preparation for leadership meetings, offsites, and key business reviews.
Help organize projects, timelines, and cross‑functional coordination.
Provide visibility into action items, risks, and next steps across initiatives.
Contribute to process improvements that enhance executive effectiveness.
Business Operations & Administration
Process invoices, expense reports, and T&E submissions; reconcile purchasing card activity.
Maintain organized digital files, executive contacts, and key department documentation.
Prepare and format presentations, reports, and spreadsheets for executive use.
Support onboarding coordination and administrative logistics as needed.
Maintain confidentiality and strong judgment across sensitive information.
Meetings & Execution
Coordinate meeting logistics, agendas, and follow‑up actions.
Partner with stakeholders across teams to remove roadblocks and keep work moving.
Attend select meetings to capture notes, action items, and next steps when needed.
Help drive consistency in rhythm‑of‑business processes and communication flow.
Build strong cross‑functional relationships to support seamless execution.
Scope & Leveling This role may operate at either an Executive Assistant or Executive Business Partner level. Final title, scope, and compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, business need, and organizational alignment.
Requirements
BS/BA degree preferred.
7–10 years of experience supporting senior executives (C‑suite preferred) in a fast‑paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex calendars, competing priorities, and time‑sensitive logistics with precision and sound judgment.
Proven experience operating at an Executive Business Partner level, serving as a strategic extension of leadership and driving cross‑functional alignment and execution.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft polished, executive‑level materials and correspondence.
Strong organizational discipline and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently in high‑accountability environments.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort quickly learning and navigating new systems and technologies.
Compensation $130,315 – $144,795 per year + annual discretionary bonus.
