Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and performance-driven Paid Media Specialist to own, execute, and optimize campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok. This role is critical in bridging influencer marketing and paid media amplification. Ensuring campaigns not only look great but drives measurable business results.
In addition to hands‑on campaign management, this role is client‑facing and requires confidence presenting performance insights, leading recap calls, and proactively identifying growth opportunities. You will work closely with our partnerships and account management teams to amplify creator content, scale performance campaigns, and maximize ROI for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Build, manage and optimize strategic partnerships with Google, Meta, TikTok, and other ecosystem partners to strengthen our marketplace presence.
Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta and TikTok.
Design, identify, and qualify high‑impact partnership programs while maintaining authentic relationships with Partner Managers, Sales Representatives, and Product Leads across platforms.
Source, negotiate, and secure collaborations with influencers and content creators, ensuring top‑quality partnerships and results.
Optimize influencer‑generated content for paid amplification.
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, audiences, and placements.
Monitor daily performance and adjust budgets to maximize ROAS and CPA targets.
Build custom audiences, lookalikes, retargeting flows, and scaling strategies.
Analyze campaign performance and deliver clear, actionable reports to clients and internal teams.
Collaborate with creative and influencer teams to develop high‑performing ad assets.
Stay ahead of platform updates, trends, and algorithm changes.
Manage monthly budgets across multiple client accounts.
Serve as a trusted advisor for clients on paid media best practices and platform evolution.
Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new partnership opportunities to inform strategy and innovation.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in Account Management or Client Facing roles – ideally in B2B SaaS, AdTech/MarTech, or data platforms.
2+ years of experience in running Paid Marketing campaigns on Meta and/or Google.
Proven track record of scaling performance campaigns with measurable ROI.
Strong understanding of influencer marketing and content amplification.
Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Proficiency in Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, GA4, and performance tracking tools.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategy.
Excellent presentation and client communication/reporting skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced agency environment.
Nice to Have
Experience working in an influencer marketing agency.
Familiarity with UGC‑focused creative strategies.
Knowledge of e-commerce performance marketing.
