Role Overview
We are seeking a high-performing Senior Sales Executive to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the influencer marketing and creator-led paid media space. This is a senior, individual-contributor role for a true sales leader. Someone who acts like an owner, thrives in dynamic environments, and consistently delivers exceptional outcomes for both clients and the business. In this role, you will be responsible for selling our creator-led paid media solutions to leading brands, eCommerce companies, and performance-driven advertisers. You will lead complex sales cycles end-to-end, uncover strategic business challenges, and translate them into data-backed influencer marketing solutions that drive measurable ROI. Key Responsibilities
Own the entire sales process from prospecting and outreach to pitching, negotiation, and close. Build and manage a strong, predictable pipeline through strategic outbound and relationship-driven selling. Lead accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue reporting. Strategic Partnership Development Develop and nurture long-term relationships with brands and eCommerce companies across key markets. Identify client pain points and position influencer and creator-led paid media as a scalable performance solution. Structure commercial agreements that align with both client objectives and company growth targets. Influencer & Performance Marketing Expertise Sell integrated influencer marketing campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. Educate advertisers on modern digital marketing strategies, including UGC, creator-driven performance campaigns, and paid social amplification. Leverage a strong understanding of media buying and performance metrics to articulate value and ROI. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Go-To-Market Strategy Partner closely with Creative Studio, Campaign Management, and Product teams to deliver best-in-class solutions. Identify growth opportunities and contribute to go-to-market strategies for new products and solutions. Provide market feedback to help shape product innovation and positioning. Brand Representation & Thought Leadership Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities. Position yourself as a strategic voice in the influencer and performance marketing ecosystem. Requirements
3+ years of experience selling digital advertising solutions, ideally within influencer marketing, paid social, or performance media. Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and building long-term client partnerships. Strong knowledge of media buying, UGC/creator campaigns, and social advertising ecosystems. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently in a fast-moving, high-growth environment. Nice to Have
Experience building and managing a book of business with clear revenue ownership. Strong understanding of online advertising, performance marketing, and attribution models. Demonstrated ability to educate and consult advertisers on emerging digital strategies. Consistent history of quota overachievement. Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-evolving team environments.
