About This Role We're seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to join our client's team. You'll design and develop engaging learning experiences that drive employee development and organizational success. This role combines instructional expertise with creative design skills to transform complex information into compelling, interactive courses.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and manage instructional design projects and initiatives from conception to completion

Develop instructional courses using tools such as Articulate Suite, Adobe Express, Camtasia, and Adobe Illustrator

Define, sequence, and structure instructional content using a variety of proven techniques

Conduct research and collaborate with stakeholders to create curriculum that meets learning objectives

Create and maintain LMS learning activities, set up training assignments, and generate custom reports

Select and establish appropriate design and development models for each project

Analyze learning needs and establish measurable learning objectives with stakeholders

Evaluate course effectiveness and implement feedback to drive continuous improvement

Design communications, newsletters, and flyers related to training initiatives

Create engaging, interactive learning modules, animations, and videos that promote knowledge retention

Required Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in training, instruction, or instructional design

Proficiency with instructional design tools and LMS platforms

Strong organizational and project management skills

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in graphic design and animation

Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and video production tools

Experience creating custom illustrations and visual content

Advanced knowledge of instructional theories and educational psychologyExperience developing course content and technology-driven learning products

Ability to adapt to fluctuating workflows and changing priorities
