About Motivosity
Motivosity is the people-first employee recognition and rewards solution for today’s workforce. Located in the heart of Utah’s Silicon Slopes, we’re on a mission to transform workplace happiness and well-being — and we’re looking for a Content Marketing Manager to help tell that story in a way that prepares buyers to choose us.
If you love writing, creativity, and are a strategic thinker and structured planner, this is your opportunity to shape how Motivosity educates, influences, and earns trust with modern HR leaders.
About the Role As Content Marketing Manager, you’ll report to the VP of Marketing and own the strategy and execution of content that builds authority, drives demand, and positions Motivosity as the recognition solution of choice.
This is not a “write blogs and move on” role.
You’ll build the narrative framework that supports our go-to-market motion. You’ll identify the themes we should own. You’ll ensure we’re answering buyer questions before Sales ever gets involved. And you’ll make sure every piece of content gets fully leveraged across channels.
This is a strategic and creative builder role — perfect for a storyteller who loves structure, clarity, and measurable impact.
Please note, this is an in-office role (with hybrid options), so you must be local to the Salt Lake or Utah County areas.
What You’ll Do Content Strategy & Planning
Develop and own Motivosity’s annual and quarterly content themes in partnership with Marketing leadership.
Audit existing content to identify funnel gaps, messaging gaps, and narrative inconsistencies — and prioritize what matters most.
Build structured content roadmaps that align with revenue goals, campaigns, product launches, and lifecycle initiatives.
Ensure all content ladders back to positioning and differentiated value.
SEO / AEO & Authoritative Content Creation
Own our SEO and AEO content strategy in partnership with our agency.
Write high-quality, story-driven blog content on a consistent publishing cadence.
Review, refine, and approve agency-created content to ensure quality, authority, and alignment with our voice.
Ensure we are proactively answering the questions our buyers are searching for — before they ever speak with Sales.
Create content that is consultative, authoritative, and grounded in real HR challenges.
Content Distribution & Cross-Functional Support
Partner cross-functionally to support campaigns, ads, website messaging, webinars, and brand initiatives with strong copy.
Ensure every major content asset has a clear distribution and repurposing plan.
Collaborate with Lifecycle Marketing on nurture sequences for marketing and SDR/BDR programs.
Work closely with Product Marketing to translate new releases and market insights into compelling, buyer-centric stories.
You’ll Be a Great Fit If:
4+ years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or a related role.
B2B SaaS experience preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
You are a natural writer — the kind of person who has always been inclined toward storytelling.
You balance strategy and creativity effortlessly. Structured and organized, but imaginative and sharp.
You are audience-obsessed. You study buyer personas deeply and can speak their language without sounding scripted.
You love becoming a subject matter expert. You dig in, ask smart questions, and write with authority — not fluff.
You leverage AI tools to work faster and smarter, but your content always feels human, thoughtful, and authentic.
You take initiative to learn the product, the positioning, and the competitive landscape so your content consistently reinforces differentiation.
Compensation & Benefits
Work at a company that lives and breathes culture and recognition — you’ll see and experience the product in action daily.
Flexible PTO and paid holidays
Hybrid work schedule: 3 days in office, 2 remote
Health, dental, and vision insurance
Onsite fitness center
Annual MVer’s Club company event
And the best perk? You get to work at a company that genuinely believes people should love where they work — and lives that out every day.
