Responsibilities:

Research and identify prospective clients and target markets.

Qualify leads and engage in outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and social media.

Collaborate with the Sales team to develop strategies for lead generation and qualification.

Manage and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects.

Nurture relationships with prospects, addressing their needs and helping them understand how our solutions can benefit their business.

Schedule and coordinate meetings between prospects and Account Executives.

Meet and exceed monthly lead generation and sales targets.

Track all activities and progress.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and product knowledge to engage prospects effectively.

Requirements:

1-2 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or a related field.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to build rapport and establish trust quickly.

Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a goal-oriented mindset.

Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Passion for sales and learning new techniques.

Familiarity with sales enablement tools preferred.

Previous experience in Sales preferred

Job Type: Full Time, Monday – Friday 8am-5pm
