Four Stars Ford and D&M Leasing are looking to bring on another Fleet Manager to help our operations in DFW.
Job Summary:
Partner with customers to develop relationships to enhance the sales and retention process
Help manage all other aspects of the sales department
Desk deals, track gross logs, and RDR cars
Implement and adhere to internal policies and procedures
Provide continuous effort to increase customer satisfaction, sales, drive company branding and improve overall business quality
Schedule: Monday – Friday: 8- 6 pm
This role will be expected to be in the Fort Worth office 3 days a week and the Dallas office 2 days a week. It is important that this role can comfortably commute between our two D&M Leasing offices.
Pay will be between $6,000-10,000/mo.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
5+ years of experience (Ford preferred but not required)
Proven track record of success required
Takes responsibility/committed to good decision making
Strong computer and phone skills (Internet, Microsoft Outlook, CRM)
Solid understanding of inventory control
Working knowledge of F&I
Ability to complete accurate documents and contracts
Prioritize effectively to maximize production time
Strong ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
