Your tasks are:
Establishment and development of the sales Region in Northindia.
Creation and implementation of sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
Further development of existing key accounts and distributors as well as identification and exploitation of new market opportunities.
Coordinating sales activities with other departments (technical sales, logistics, production).
Planning and conceptualization of the annual sales budget
What we expect from you:
You have a degree with a focus on agricultural science, microbiology, chemistry or pharmacy, economics or veterinary medicine
You already have experience in the animal feed industry, including at least 3 years in additive sales.
You have a strong customer focus and a passion for sales success.
You have a high level of mobility and willingness to travel internationally
You speak business English and you are fluent in at least one Northindian language (e.g. Hindi, Punjabi, Urdu, Kashmiri)
Your hands‑on mentality and good communication skills characterize you.
You have project management experience and a creative and pioneering spirit
You have solid experience working in companies operating internationally.
