You enjoy developing successful sales strategies in a dynamic company and you are motivated in acquiring customers and achieving sales targets. The development of long‑term customer relationships is a matter of course for you and you love to play your part in the steady growth of the company.

Your tasks are:

Full responsibility for technical and commercial sales in the region, including new business development and ongoing market and competitor monitoring.

Managing and developing customers, partners and key accounts on site (high travel share), partly in close cooperation with the Technical Sales team, including local trial support.

Representing the company at trade fairs and events, including presentations.

Managing direct business and key account supply (order coordination with Niederzissen) as well as coordinating and developing the distributor network.

Close coordination with the head office in Niederzissen and, in the mid‑term, building and coordinating additional sales resources in the region.

What we expect from you:

You have a degree with a focus on agricultural science, microbiology, chemistry or pharmacy, economics or veterinary medicine

Experience in the animal nutrition or feed industry, including at least three years in the sale or technical sale of additives.

Fluent Portuguese and additional good English language skills.

Strong customer focus and enjoyment of sales and building long‑term partnerships.

High mobility and willingness to travel within the region.

A pragmatic, solution‑oriented approach to work and very good communication and presentation skills.
