Our mission is to deliver unparalleled service and uncompromising quality to ensure the highest level of aviation safety. Position Summary (Responsibilities)

Our sales team is growing, and we are adding several Regional Sales Representatives to our expanding team. Regional Sales Representatives will engage in the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation, and closing deals. Additional skills include maintaining relationships with existing customers, working collaboratively with colleagues, conducting market research, and continually enhancing their sales skills and product knowledge. Requirements & Qualifications

Generating leads by employing sales strategies for prospecting, including cold calling, email outreach, social networking, leveraging referrals and site visits. Achieving sales targets within timeframes established with progress reported monthly. Negotiating contracts and pricing with customers based on budget targets and customer requirements. Presenting and demonstrating products and services by effectively communicating the company offerings as they pertain to the customer’s needs. Maintaining customer relationships post-sale to ensure satisfaction, address any issues and encourage future business. Collaboration with team members, other departments and leadership by sharing leads generation, customer feedback, and movement in the sales process to identify areas of opportunity for growth opportunities, competitive intelligence and industry trends. Continuous professional development by learning and improving sales techniques and sales strategies on communication, product knowledge and negotiation tactics. Managing sales records and documentation in the CRM and other tools available for tracking customer orders and statuses. Complying with sales policies and regulatory requirements set by the company and industry standards is fundamental in all sales practices. Maintaining honesty, integrity, reliability and professionalism are cornerstones in any successful sales program. Travel for up to 3 weeks per month. Position can be based out of Houston, Dallas, Miami, Atlanta, Los Angeles or Phoenix. Knowledge and Skills

Degree in marketing or experience in aviation sales in lieu of education acceptable. Aviation experience a plus (MRO highly desirable). Proficient with Word, Excel, & PowerPoint. Expertise with inventory management software. Ability to communicate at all management levels internally and external to the company. Proven inside sales experience with a track record of over-achieving quota. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Self-motivated, entrepreneurial and driven to succeed. Strong organizational and follow-up skills. Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools. Experience working with CRM systems and/or Quantum software. What We Offer
