We are seeking an experienced Collision Estimator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and confident in writing accurate repair estimates while working closely with technicians, insurers, and customers.**Responsibilities:**•
Write complete and accurate collision repair estimates•
Communicate clearly with customers, insurance adjusters, and staff•
Manage repair supplements and approvals•
Ensure repairs meet quality and safety standards•
Maintain organized repair documentation and timelines**Qualifications:**•
Previous experience as a collision estimator (required)•
Knowledge of estimating software (CCC, Mitchell, Audatex, etc.)•
Strong communication and customer service skills•
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment•
