We’re looking for a creative and data-driven
Social Media Manager
to own our social channels and grow GP Beauty’s digital presence. You’ll create content, manage posting schedules, and develop strategies that turn viewers into loyal fans and customers. This role is perfect for someone who loves beauty, knows how to tell stories online, and can thrive in a fast-moving startup environment. Develop and execute a social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms Create short-form video content (clips from livestreams, trending sounds, product highlights, etc.) Manage posting calendars and ensure consistent brand voice Monitor trends in livestream shopping, beauty, and social media Grow community engagement (followers, comments, shares, DMs) Collaborate with streamers and the marketing team to align campaigns with live sales events Track and report on social performance metrics Requirements
1–2 years of experience managing social media for a brand or personal projects with proven growth Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and short-form video content Creative eye for visuals and copy that capture attention Comfortable filming/editing basic video content (CapCut, Canva, Adobe tools a plus) Interest in beauty, cosmetics, or livestream shopping is a big bonus Highly organized, self-starter, able to work independently What We Offer
