Marketing Liaison
to support the growth of our home health services. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong referral relationships while representing Concordia in the community. What you\'ll do as a Marketing Liaison: Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources including hospitals, physician offices, and community partners Promote Concordia Visiting Nurses’ services to increase referrals and census growth Serve as a liaison between referral sources and internal clinical teams Attend meetings, networking events, and community outreach activities Track referral activity and provide regular updates to leadership Ensure a positive, professional image of Concordia at all times Who you are as a Marketing Liaison: Prior healthcare marketing, sales, or liaison experience preferred Home health or hospice experience a plus Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Reliable transportation required 403(b) Retirement Plan Paid Life Insurance Policy Direct Deposit Tuition Reimbursement Program Vacation/PTO Paid Holidays Competitive Wages Referral Program Seniority/Appreciation Bonuses Voluntary Benefits Employee Assistance Program EOE Benefits and Wages may vary based on location.
