Marketing Associate
to join our team in Brooklyn. This role is ideal for a hungry, organized professional who is eager to contribute immediately to client growth initiatives and sales management efforts.
The Marketing Associate will play a key role in driving outreach strategy, managing prospect pipelines, supporting CRM analytics, and strengthening overall marketing performance. This position requires strong research skills, clear communication, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth prospecting research
to identify target prospects and appropriate decision-makers
Design and execute outreach strategies
across email and LinkedIn with the objective of setting presentation meetings
Develop marketing scripts and messaging frameworks
to optimize engagement
Monitor outreach performance metrics
and adjust strategies based on results
Supervise and manage the CRM system (Salesforce) , ensuring accurate data entry and organization
Create reporting dashboards and analytics
to track pipeline and sales performance
Manage follow-ups with prospects
throughout the sales funnel to drive conversions
Report on sales team performance versus established goals
Maintain and update the company website and marketing copy
Collaborate with leadership to refine growth strategies and client acquisition efforts
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
1–2 years of relevant marketing, business development, or sales support experience
Strong research, writing, and communication skills
Familiarity with data analysis and Microsoft Excel
Experience working with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently
