Job Summary We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-oriented

Marketing Specialist

to lead marketing and social media initiatives that drive brand growth and measurable business impact. This role is focused on developing, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads, enhance brand visibility, and support overall company growth objectives.

The ideal candidate brings experience in B2B marketing—preferably within the tech, IT services, or managed services space—and thrives in a performance-driven environment. This position requires strong digital marketing expertise, content creation skills, and a demand generation mindset supported by data analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns

to drive lead generation and brand awareness

Create and manage digital marketing strategies , including SEO, email marketing, and social media initiatives

Design and optimize demand generation campaigns

to support sales pipeline growth

Manage social media presence , ensuring consistent and strategic messaging

Create compelling content , including blogs, case studies, email campaigns, and thought leadership pieces

Collaborate with sales and leadership teams

to align marketing strategies with revenue goals

Utilize marketing automation and CRM platforms

(e.g., HubSpot) to manage campaigns and track performance

Monitor and analyze marketing metrics , adjusting strategies to maximize ROI

Conduct competitive research and market analysis

to identify new opportunities

Maintain and enhance brand positioning

across all marketing channels

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

2+ years of experience in B2B marketing

Experience in the IT, technology, or managed services industry preferred

Proven ability to manage multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive measurable results

Strong digital marketing expertise, including SEO, email marketing, and social media strategy

Proficiency with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms such as HubSpot

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create engaging, high-quality content

Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and experience using marketing analytics tools

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
