IFA Brand Team is looking for an energetic, detail‑driven Brand Coordinator to support our growing team. If you love keeping projects organized, bringing creative ideas to life, and helping shape how a brand shows up in the world, this could be the perfect role for you‑especially if you're passionate about agriculture, community, and rural living.
In this position, you'll support the planning and execution of brand initiatives across print, digital, retail, and in‑store channels. You'll help manage timelines, coordinate creative assets, track campaign progress, and ensure that every touchpoint reflects the IFA brand with clarity and consistency. You'll work closely with designers, writers, marketing partners, and cross‑department teams to help bring our brand vision to life.

RESPONSIBILITIES BRAND MANAGEMENT & COORDINATION
Support the development and execution of brand initiatives across digital, print, retail, and in‑store environments
Assist with gathering assets, coordinating deliverables, and organizing content for campaigns and programs
Work hand‑in‑hand with the Director of Branding and Public Relations to coordinate brand strategy and execute campaigns and deliverables that reflect IFA's vision and standards
EVENT PLANNING & MANAGEMENT
Plan, organize, and execute IFA's trade show from start to finish
- coordinating vendor registrations, event layouts, schedules, and on‑site logistics to ensure a seamless, on‑brand experience for vendors, employees, and dealer partners
Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and partners
to gather assets, manage timelines, oversee production, and keep communication flowing so every detail‑from signage to staffing‑comes together with clarity and consistency
Serve as the on‑site lead during events , ensuring the event is set, the team is supported, and the IFA brand is represented with professionalism, hospitality, and heart‑creating memorable experiences for attendees and partners
CREATIVE WORKFLOW SUPPORT
Initiate and manage creative requests, helping guide projects through concepting, development, review, and delivery
Coordinate with designers, writers, and branches to make sure projects stay on track and on brand
Prepare and organize briefs, project summaries, and supporting materials for the creative team
CROSS‑TEAM COLLABORATION
Maintain strong day‑to‑day communication with internal teams, vendors, and agency partners
Support brand messaging and execution through branch locations, member programs, agency partners, and digital channels
Assist with brand alignment across seasonal campaigns, store promotions, and community initiatives
CONTENT & COMMUNICATIONS
Help proofread and review brand materials – including digital content, signage, print collateral, and presentations – to ensure accuracy and brand alignment
Assist in producing internal communications, presentations, and brand recaps
Support content gathering for campaigns, photoshoots, product launches, and brand storytelling efforts
OPERATIONAL & ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT
Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure smooth execution
Help manage public relations, vendor coordination, and production scheduling
Maintain organized asset libraries, files, and naming conventions for easy team access
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Project Management, Design, or a related field (preferred but not required)
1‑3 years of experience in project management, brand coordination, marketing, or a similar role
PROFESSIONAL SKILLS
Strong organizational and project‑management abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and strong proofreading abilities
Ability to work independently while staying connected with a larger team
Engage with various personality types while remaining upbeat, professional, and firm when needed.
TECHNICAL SKILLS
Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Suite, experience with HubSpot and SmartSheets preferable
Familiarity with creative tools and platforms (Adobe Creative Cloud, brand management systems, CMS platforms) is a plus
