Serve as the primary or secondary (working under an account lead) day-to-day relationship owner for assigned clients, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner
Lead the development of integrated marketing strategies, campaign briefs, and project plans, ensuring alignment with client business objectives
Own assigned client accounts and budgets, including scope development, forecasting, change management, and profitability tracking
Lead internal integration across creative, media, PR, social, and analytics teams to deliver cohesive, high-performing campaigns
Oversee multiple concurrent projects and workstreams, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time, on budget, and at the highest quality standards
Effectively manage multiple competing priorities, within and across various clients, simultaneously
Develop and deliver strategic presentations, campaign reports, and client-facing recommendations, translating data into actionable insights
Lead client meetings and communications, including status calls, planning sessions, and performance reviews
Manage client expectations, timelines, and priorities, proactively identifying risks and resolving challenges before they escalate
Identify organic growth opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with account management team and agency leadership on proposals and new initiatives
Oversee vendor and partner relationships as needed to support integrated campaign execution
Deliver senior-level quality on all client-facing materials to ensure accuracy, strategic alignment, and brand consistency
Requirements
6-9 years of account management experience within a marketing, advertising, or communications agency environment
Proven track record of managing client relationships and leading integrated marketing programs across multiple channels
Experience owning and managing client budgets, scopes of work, and profitability
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional agency teams and manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects
Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate client business goals into effective marketing plans
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to senior-level clients
Ability to make confident, informed recommendations and decisions, even in ambiguous situations
Advanced organizational and project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to prioritize effectively and meet aggressive deadlines
Experience with traditional, digital, and social media campaigns, including influencer/content creator initiatives
Proficiency with project management and analytics tools (e.g., Monday.com, Google Analytics); willingness to learn new platforms as needed
Demonstrated ability to analyze campaign performance data and present clear, actionable insights
Self-motivated professional who is proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a collaborative, high-accountability environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional client service
