Social Media Marketing Account Executive

Hunt Valley, United States | Posted on 02/16/2026 MGH, a full-service marketing communications agency, is currently seeking a Social Media Marketing Account Executive with 1-3+ years agency or in-house experience to join our social media marketing team as a remote, hybrid, or in-office employee.

Responsibilities

Shoot and edit social media content, with an emphasis on social video content

Create/write monthly editorial calendars, including brainstorming, copywriting, and partnering with the creative team for visual development

Manage client social media accounts, including posting, monitoring and response

Develop client reports with a variety of social media and website metrics, and analyses of results

Perform research and outreach to influencers

Source and collect user-generated content

Requirements

Strong video shooting and editing experience

Some brand or agency marketing experience (1-3 years), with an emphasis on social media marketing, video production, and/or digital marketing. Applicable internship experience is considered acceptable.

Strong writing abilities and attention to detail

Strong familiarity with and interest in a career path related to social media marketing and content development

Strong familiarity with social media marketing tools

High levels of energy, and a desire to quickly learn new tactics and tools

Adaptable, flexible

Positive and solutions-oriented attitude

Position is eligible for remote, hybrid or in-office work options

3 p.m. Fridays year-round
