As a Marketing & Advocacy Manager for SERB, you will combine responsibilities of sales, marketing, and advocacy to drive the success of our product portfolio across Germany. In this hybrid role, you will engage with healthcare professionals, patient organizations, and other stakeholders to foster relationships, promote our products and develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives. The role requires a self-motivated, highly organized individual passionate about making a difference for patients. As Marketing & Advocacy Manager Germany W/M, some of your responsibilities will include:
Foradefinedrange ofproducts, build andmaintainstrategic relationships with key external stakeholders, includingKOLs, healthcare professionals, patient advocacy groups, and other influencers in the healthcare ecosystem Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Medical, Sales, andMarket Access) to develop and execute Peer-to-Peer and Advocacy programs Design and implement marketing strategies tailored to the DACH region,leveraginginsights from the field to align with broader corporate objectives Collaborate with internal teamsand functions such as medical, sales, market accessto create anddrivepromotional campaigns Lead the development ofmaterials,programsand tacticsto enhance product awareness and advocacy, ensuring compliance with industry standards and local regulations Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes, adjusting marketing approaches to capitalize on growth opportunities Maintain in-depth knowledge of key accounts and market dynamics, supporting strategic decision-making with actionable insights Propose,planand implement events including congresses, webinars, roundtablesand symposia in the relevant markets and coordinate the support of other team members Support the General Manager in evaluating business opportunities through the collection of market / disease area insight Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns and sales efforts,identifyingand implementingopportunities for improvement To be successful in this role, we believe that you should demonstrate :
Technical Skills Proven track record of building relationships with healthcare professionals and patient organizations Understanding of the pharmaceutical landscape, healthcaresystemsand regulatory requirements in Germany and ideally Austria and Switzerland Computerliteracy(MS Office and iOS on Appledevices) Valid driving license and willingness to travel (~30-60%) Fluency in German isa must Excellent command of verbal and written English Strong communication and presentation skills Excellent relationship skills and strong client orientation Self-motivated,highlyorganized Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment Education and experiences Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Marketing, Business, or related field; qualification as Pharmaberater:in (§75 AMG certification). Several years of experience in both specialty pharma sales and marketing roles Serb Pharmaceuticalsis an equal opportunity employer.
