Our client, a global leader in the IT industry, is seeking a
dynamic, creative, and results-driven Associate Product Marketing Manager
to join their Learning organization. In this role, you will shape strategy, messaging, and go-to-market execution for a flagship learning product that is setting the industry standard.
Title: Associate Product Marketing Manager Location: Remote Pay Rate: $35/hr

Key Responsibilities
Product Messaging & Positioning:
Develop compelling value propositions and messaging frameworks that differentiate our learning platform for learners, customers, and partners.
Go-To-Market Strategy:
Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams to plan and execute feature launches, driving adoption and growth.
Market Intelligence:
Monitor industry trends and competitive activity, delivering actionable insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Sales & Partner Enablement:
Create impactful collateral, training, and enablement materials to empower sales teams and partners.
Project Management:
Manage end-to-end execution of monthly marketing deliverables (emails, social campaigns, blogs, webinars) ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
What You Need
Experience:
1–3 years in product marketing, marketing, or related roles within tech, SaaS, or education technology industries. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, technology, or related field; PMP certification is a plus.
Generative AI Expertise:
Proven ability to leverage GAI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Canva, CopyAI) for content creation, workflow automation, and marketing optimization.
Industry Knowledge:
Familiarity with professional learning platforms or certification programs (e.g., Pluralsight, Udemy, Coursera, LinkedIn Learning) and/or experience in tech companies.
Skills & Tools:
Proficiency in marketing platforms and analytics tools (HubSpot, Google Analytics, Jira/Confluence) and strong project management capabilities.
Mindset:
Highly organized, proactive, and collaborative with excellent communication skills and a passion for innovation.
