Our client is looking for a Senior Copywriter who knows how to turn strong ideas into breakthrough copy across digital channels. In this role, you’ll craft compelling, culturally relevant content—from ads and emails to landing pages and social that connects with a young audience and drives real business impact. As part of a collaborative Creative Marketing team, you’ll help shape the voice of a brand dedicated to helping millions of members make meaningful financial progress.

Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $65.00 to $75.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities

Collaborate with creatives to translate strong ideas into bold, breakthrough executions.

Develop engaging content for email, homepage, in-app, and social media channels.

Inspire the team with insights on reaching and engaging an 18-24 audience.

Generate fresh ideas that scale the business through brand consideration and product awareness.

Partner with marketing and agency teams to develop innovative campaigns.

Set a high creative bar for the brand and deliver work that drives measurable outcomes such as direct response, perception change, and usage.

Scale ideas up or down to meet briefs, budgets, and business goals.

Experience Requirements

4+ years of copywriting experience in-house and/or at an agency.

Portfolio demonstrating high-performing, award-winning, concept-driven, and high-craft copywriting, including digital work.

Ability to self-edit with strong attention to detail and provide creative recommendations to stakeholders.

Proven knowledge of social media marketing practices, platform nuances, and short-form video.

Strong time management with the ability to prioritize multiple projects from concept to completion.

Experience with consumer finance (preferred).

Experience in a high-volume in-house studio (preferred).

Strong organizational acumen with the ability to navigate internal systems and structure (preferred).

Experience setting priorities, problem solving, multitasking, and working in a dynamic environment (preferred).

Excellent communication skills and the ability to present to peers and leaders (preferred).

Demonstrated humility and alignment with values of hope, ownership, progress, and empathy (preferred).

Education Requirements

Bachelors preferred.
