Spring EQ is seeking a Senior Account Executive who reports directly to the Regional Sales Manager and plays a vital role in building new relationships with mortgage brokers, mortgage bankers, community banks, credit unions and other institutions. This team member is responsible for establishing new relationships and maintaining existing relationships while obtaining loans following Spring EQ’s products and guidelines. The Account Executive primarily uses our CRM, the phone, email and texts to communicate with existing and prospective partners located anywhere in the country.The Account Executive works in their remote home location.
Responsibilities The Senior Account Executive is responsible for marketing lending products to prospective brokers/bankers. The Senior Account Executive manages established broker relations including broker approvals, education, customer service and quality management regarding process, product and technology.
Performs initial contact to prospect new mortgage brokers/bankers and coordinates broker approval process.
Collaborates with leadership to develop/implement marketing strategies within assigned territory/account list.
Conducts presentations to promote Spring and present our process, product and technology platforms.
Collaborates with loan operations team to manage pipeline.
Ensures that clients understand the Company’s loan processing, underwriting and closing processes.
Provides brokers/bankers with information to access current rate sheets and product guidelines.
Provides technical training and support to clients with regard to Company technology platform.
Performs related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
2+ years of mortgage or home equity industry experience required
Proven track record of success in sales
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
Self-starter mentality with the ability to solve open ended business challenges
Enthusiastically contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
The team member demonstrates an ability to meet and exceed goals as an individual contributor
We work hard to stay updated with the industry technology, therefore we need our team members to learn new technology quickly
