We are looking for a talented individual who would like to be part of an organization driving hyper-growth and helping existing AWS customers operate on AWS and innovate on our platform. Do you have the business savvy to work with a cross‑functional team that includes specialists, solution architects, and product and partner teams to deliver business growth for AWS and our Fintech customers? AWS is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Representative to lead and expand the business with our existing customer base. The Enterprise Sales Representative is responsible for creating and executing the account strategy and leading the extended team so the customer achieves its growth targets, thereby AWS achieving increased levels of revenue and service growth. It is critical that the Enterprise Sales Representative has an extensive track record of building and nurturing senior level relationships with complex customers, has a hands‑on approach to developing new opportunities, public cloud technical acumen, and has led a large team of extended resources.
Key job responsibilities
The Enterprise Sales Representative is responsible for teaming with all aspects of the customer’s organization. This includes C‑level executives, engineering, IT/operations, partner org, and sales. The role requires creative system thinking, visioning, and executing via collaboration with an extended team to address customer's needs. You will sell at the most senior level (C‑level) within the account and implement a broad strategy for earning customer acceptance and AWS service implementation, while advocating for the customer and balancing that with AWS business needs. You will work collaboratively with all appropriate AWS resources (Executives, Partner, Support, Solution Architect) to support customer interests and manage partnership and technical collaboration. Basic Qualifications
7+ years of technology related sales, business development or equivalent experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Experience working with and presenting to C‑level executives, IT, and lines of businesses across organizations or equivalent Preferred Qualifications
Experience selling cloud solutions at a software company or equivalent Experience with AWS and technology as a service (IaaS, SaaS, PaaS) Experience as a quota‑carrying technology field sales professional with a proven track record of success selling complex cloud solutions to large enterprises within Financial Services The base salary range for this position is 187,000.00 – 252,900.00 USD annually in San Francisco, CA.
