Sales Development Representative (SDR) Location: Knoxville, TN (Lyra) Gravity Networks Fulltime · Onsite/Hybrid

Gravity Networks is growing fast in East Tennessee, and we’re looking for a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help fuel our outbound pipeline. If you’re energetic, curious, and excited to break into tech sales, this is an opportunity to build a strong foundation with a company that values growth and learning.

What You’ll Do

Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to create new sales opportunities

Research target accounts and identify key decision makers

Qualify leads based on criteria provided by the sales team

Set highly qualified meetings for Account Executives

Manage and document all outreach activity in the CRM

Collaborate with marketing to tailor messaging and outreach sequences

Participate in local networking events to promote Gravity Networks

Consistently meet activity metrics and pipeline goals

What You Bring

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

High energy, positive attitude, and resilience

Natural curiosity and a willingness to learn technical solutions

Ability to work independently and thrive in a team environment

CRM experience (HubSpot, ConnectWise, etc.) preferred

Prior sales, retail, customer service, or callcenter experience helpful but not required

Preferred but Not Required

Experience in technology, telecom, IT services, or SaaS

Familiarity with the Knoxville/East Tennessee business landscape

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
